This Cancellation Policy explains how to stop a Twik subscription from renewing, and what happens to your access afterwards.

You Can Cancel At Any Time

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end your current period early.

Cancelling a Mobile Subscription

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. You cancel them in your store account.

On iOS

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Twik, then tap Cancel Subscription.

On Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Twik, then tap Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the store, otherwise it will keep renewing.

Cancelling a Desktop Subscription

For Twik for macOS plans bought on this website and processed by Razorpay, email us at the address below from the email address on the account, and we will cancel the plan and confirm in writing.

We will stop any future renewal charge. If you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase, you may also be entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • At the end of that period, your account moves to the free tier. You do not lose the account.
  • You can resubscribe at any time.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

Cancelling During a Free Trial

If your plan started with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trials are managed by the same store or channel you signed up through, and cancelling follows the steps above.

Deleting Your Account

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you want your data removed as well, request account deletion by email. Deleting your account removes your profile and usage statistics, your authentication record and any cached processing data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel that through the store first.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you cancelled and were charged anyway, contact us with the date of cancellation and the charge, and we will investigate and refund an incorrect charge in full.
