This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for a Twik subscription. Which part applies to you depends on where you bought it.

Where You Bought Matters

Twik subscriptions are sold through two separate channels, and they have different refund routes:

  • Mobile (iOS, Android): bought as an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
  • Desktop (Twik for macOS): bought on this website and processed by Razorpay.

Check your purchase receipt if you are not sure which applies.

Mobile Subscriptions (App Store and Google Play)

Purchases made inside the mobile app are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details and we cannot issue a refund for these transactions ourselves.

Apple App Store

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings on your device. Apple decides the outcome under its own refund policy.

Google Play

Request a refund through the Google Play app or at play.google.com/store/account. Google decides the outcome under its own refund policy.

If a store declines your request and you believe the charge was wrong, write to us anyway. We cannot reverse the payment, but we can look at your account, correct anything on our side, and support your case with the store where appropriate.

Desktop Subscriptions (Razorpay)

For Twik for macOS plans bought on this website, we handle refunds directly.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase of a Twik Pro Monthly or Twik Pro Annual plan, for any reason. This applies to your first purchase of a plan, not to subsequent automatic renewals.

How To Request One

Email us at the address below with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. You do not need to give a reason.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Razorpay typically returns funds within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit.

Renewals

Automatic renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day window described above. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will consider a refund case by case, particularly where the plan has gone substantially unused since renewing.

To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. See our Cancellation Policy.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Partial periods after you cancel - your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Plans cancelled or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge, other than at our discretion.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged for a plan that was never activated on your account, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full. This is not subject to the 7-day window.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under applicable consumer law in your country. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law applies.
